Chair yoga is a great alternative to practicing yoga when you don't feel comfortable, or have difficulty, getting into standard poses. Several poses can be performed seated as well as using the chair to aid balance during some standing poses. Chair yoga provides the same benefits as mat yoga including improved flexibility, concentration, strength, and boosts mood.
Yoga - All Levels
All levels yoga is a class that is suitable for beginners through advanced students. Different postures and flows can be modified throughout class to teach a beginner as well as challenge an advanced student. Different class styles including yin yoga, vinyasa, and slow flow can all be adapted to this level of class.
